We are hiring a reliable, organised YouTube Producer to help run a simple production pipeline for the AlvinBlox YouTube channel (nearly 500k subscribers). This is a part‑time, per‑video role focused on researching ideas, planning simple videos, coordinating assets, and ensuring weekly uploads happen with minimal involvement from the creator. You will help produce videos so that AlvinBlox can stay focused on game development.
Paid Trial
Before selecting the final hire, there will be a short paid trial week with 2-3 candidates. Each candidate will complete a small task set so we can identify the best long‑term fit.
Responsibilities
- Source and track video ideas based on Roblox dev trends and general YouTube gaming formats
- Create simple video outlines, title options, and thumbnail ideas before production begins
- Plan videos so the creator only needs to narrate or briefly appear
- Organise extras/participants for challenge or experiment‑style videos
- Record straightforward footage yourself when needed
- Collect all assets and deliver them to the editor, managing revisions until final
- Prepare uploads, descriptions, tags, and schedule videos
- Maintain the weekly content pipeline and ensure videos ship consistently (1 per week)
- Create shorts from long‑form content and draft narration lines for the creator
Requirements
- Good organisation and communication
- Comfortable taking loose ideas and structuring them
- Understanding of YouTube analytics and what makes a good video
- Able to manage simple workflows and deadlines
- Roblox developer ecosystem knowledge (required)
